Job summary

The National Strategic Research Institute (NSRI) at the University of Nebraska is seeking an RF Data Scientist to analyze terabyte-scale RF datasets collected from deployed sensing systems for DoD/USG sponsors. You will process, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and anomalies that inform mission requirements.

You will collaborate with field teams, develop software tools to automate analysis workflows, and deliver timely, accurate findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in data science or related work.
• Experience processing terabyte-scale datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or R for data processing.
• Experience developing software or scripts to automate data processing workflows.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and work independently.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
