Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in RF/Microwave; or equivalent education/experience.
0-2 years of experience with RF products or relevant internship/co‑op.
Experience in technical customer‑facing roles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for inbound customer technical support emails for Marki’s product line.
Provide guidance on product selection and cross-referencing to competitor parts.
Help customers debug board-level and system-level issues using datasheets and RF theory.
Submit and track test requests to the Test & Validation team for custom measurement data.
Meet defined response-time targets by customer tier (e.g., Tier 1 within 24 hours).
Maintain accuracy of datasheets and update content with new data and corrections.
Escalate inquiries involving custom or pre-release products to appropriate teams.
Maintain records of customer interactions to identify trends and improve processes.
Build knowledge of Marki’s product catalog and measurement methods.
Promote an ethics-based business culture.
