The role involves end-to-end design from concept to validation, with collaboration across FPGA, PCB, software, and systems engineering teams to solve complex RF challenges and deliver high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Expertise designing RF and mixed-signal signal chains.
• Experience from system architecture through production.
• Strong RF design theory, impedance matching, and high-speed PCB implementation.
• Experience selecting and integrating high-speed ADCs/DACs (TI/Analog Devices).
• RF circuits up to 18 GHz and digital interfaces to FPGA-based processing.
• Clock generation and distribution for multiple sampling rates.
• Low-noise power supply design for mixed-signal/RF systems.
• Hands-on lab experience with RF test equipment.
• Collaborates with PCB layout for manufacturability and signal integrity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for analog/mixed-signal issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated RF front-end architectures for defense/aerospace embedded computing products.
• Design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocking, and power architectures.
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB, embedded software, and systems teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Influence architecture decisions and diagnose signal integrity challenges to enable next-generation RF platforms.
