Job summary

Sierra Circuits, Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks a Touch Up Rework Operator to perform PCB assembly and rework in a full-time role. You will solder components, follow BOMs and customer drawings, and uphold IPC quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in PCB assembly, with experience in thru-hole and SMT processes, and strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork. Competitive benefits provided in a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PCB assembly experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, thru-hole and SMT assembly.
• ISO 9001/ QS9000 knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read PCB drawings and engineering specifications.
• Ability to use measurement equipment and hand tools.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Solder components and ECO wires to PCBs using magnification aids.
• Follow BOM and assembly notes to meet customer specs.
• Communicate discrepancies to management to ensure quality.
• Read and apply customer drawings, specs and IPC standards.
• Maintain clean, safe manufacturing environment.
• Interact professionally with team and vendors.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
