The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in compensation, is data-driven, and possesses strong leadership skills. A competitive salary range of $250,000 - $320,000 with additional RSUs is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics.
• Experience in the technology industry, preferably Financial Technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic decisions for compensation & benefits across the region.
• Support HR and business leadership with program design and analysis.
• Contribute to compensation & benefits program communication.
