Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Guest Services Associate to staff the Player’s Club office, issue reward cards, and assist guests with inquiries, transactions, and information about points, comps, and current promotions.

You will actively recruit new memberships and support events and promotions on the gaming floor, while ensuring accurate data entry and confidentiality of guest information.

Qualifications

• Six months guest service experience required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be computer proficient with word processing and spreadsheet apps.
• Must pass competency assessment.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
• Must have U.S. employment eligibility.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on the gaming floor.
• Issue rewards cards and promote Player’s Club program.
• Perform data entry for new/updated memberships.
• Issue point vouchers and comps as per guest accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and rewards data.
• Assist with events and promotions.
• Meet department goals and data collection targets.
• Provide information about Casino Del Sol services, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure high-quality guest service.
