Formación

• Demonstrated people leadership capability with coaching and accountability experience.
• 2+ years of practical fraud detection and prevention experience.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to influence across functions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel for quantitative analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for structured, persuasive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Build fraud expertise by learning end-to-end processes and guiding escalations.
• Lead training initiatives on policies and tools with measurable adoption.
• Manage fraud projects to improve detection, controls, and client experience.
• Coach a team of approx. 8–12 Fraud Analysts and foster a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular manager routines: 1:1s, meetings, feedback, and development planning.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting and calibration.
• Ensure smooth team execution with workload planning and blockers removal.
• Enforce compliance with fraud policies and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align policies and practices.
• Use data/metrics to drive better outcomes and reduce fraud risk.
• Stay updated on fraud typologies and regulatory changes.
