This high-visibility role translates strategic priorities into execution, coordinating resources to deliver outcomes for the firm and clients. You will own executive communications, lead KPI/KRI reporting, participate in budget planning, and drive OKRs and investment tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of business-management or cross-functional experience in Merchant Services or payments.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business management cadences and executive communications, including leadership-ready reports.
• Own KPI/KRI reporting and governance, with variance analysis and risk escalation.
• Support budget management tied to capacity planning and delivery plans.
• Drive OKR development, governance, and tracking of strategic investments.
• Translate data and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and end-to-end delivery with Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal and Compliance.
