Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking a Guest Services Associate to grow gaming revenues by building relationships with guests and enrolling them in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program. You will actively walk the casino floor selling and signing up new customers while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.

This role requires 21+ years of age, strong guest service skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, including extended hours during events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21.
• Minimum of two years of guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve stressful situations.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work extended hours during events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to adhere to New Jersey gaming regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and delivers exceptional service; encourages enrollment in Caesars Rewards.
• Active selling of products and sign-ups on the casino floor.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Communicate with other departments, Caesars Entertainment properties, vendors and partners.
• Assist with promotions and events on and off property.
• Use RTCM-system for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the floor.
• Promote casino and marketing events across the property.
• Meet and greet guests with courtesy and hospitality at all times.
