Job summary

Chargebee in North Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking a leader to act as the general manager of the RevRec solution within Chargebee's monetization platform. You will partner with the Product Manager to shape the go-to-market, commercial success, and product direction of RevRec, and oversee how the full solution—including AI agents and managed services—is assembled, priced, sold, and delivered.

The role requires deep experience in revenue accounting for SaaS, strong collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

10-12+ years in revenue accounting or revenue advisory roles in SaaS environments.
Deep knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 in SaaS or subscription businesses.
Experience with the accounting close process, reconciliations, journal entries, and audits.
Ability to influence product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own RevRec commercial performance with new ARR, expansion, and new packages.
Own RevRec pipeline in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Set pricing strategy and packaging for the RevRec solution with product leadership.
Lead end-to-end RevRec customer experience from pre-sale to go-live and close-process maturity.
Define RevRec solution design, partnering with product, PS&I, and external partners.
