Job summary

Brex in Salt Lake City is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own the operating model for New Business motions (AE and SDR). You will lead a strategic function reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, shaping coverage, incentives, and cadence, and coaching a team of RevOps professionals.

Based in our Salt Lake City office, this hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work. You will partner across enablement, finance, systems, marketing, and operations to drive growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue operations or sales strategy.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of scalable sales funnels and processes.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence with or without authority.
• Expertise with Salesforce and GTM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SVP Sales to own strategies, coverage models, rhythms, and incentive design.
• Lead enablement, data, finance, systems, and marketing to implement improvements.
• Own forecasting cadences, pipeline, capacity planning, and quota setting.
• Direct a team of 6+ in New Business AE and SDR roles.
• Present strategy and performance insights to senior leaders.
• Steer annual GTM planning with partners to align incentives and ops.
• Identify efficiency improvements in Rev Ops, including AI-driven automation.
