Job summary

Reevo is hiring a Forward Deployed Generalist to own end-to-end deployments inside customer revenue teams. You will align Reevo configurations to each client’s sales motion, map business models, and ensure rapid time-to-value.

You will be deeply embedded with customers, traveling for onsite sprints, and building prescriptive deployment playbooks to scale success across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding within a B2B SaaS company—ideally in CRM, RevOps, or workflow automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex software implementations end-to-end.
• Strong consultative skills—diagnose customer needs and translate them into product configurations.
• Proficiency with data management, integrations, and system configuration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Comfort with BI tools, analytics, and understanding customer data models.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment end to end from signed to revenue team running daily motion on Reevo.
• Configure Reevo to align with each customer's actual sales motion and business model.
• Wire up integrations (lead forms, webhooks, data syncs) with scripting where needed.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers on production code when required.
• Own data migration: map, import, and QA customer data for day-one trust.
• Drive adoption: train users and onboard them to Reevo.
• Create repeatable deployment playbooks for future customers.
