Qualifications
- 5+ years of HubSpot/CRM management and implementation.
- Leadership experience in a high-growth sales/marketing/service ops team.
- Ability to communicate complex requirements to executives.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience with Lean project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com preferred.
- Startup or scaling B2B/SaaS/IT experience.
Responsibilities
- HubSpot mastery to maximize client success in RevOps.
- Plan and lead client meetings to optimize commercial strategy.
- Design and map processes across marketing, sales, and service.
- Define KPIs and OKRs for RevOps service delivery.
- Perform gap analyses to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the team to report RevOps KPIs.
- Develop data-driven GTM strategies and executive dashboards.
- Engage executives to support organizational change management.
