Job summary

Opiniion is a resident experience platform helping property managers collect real-time feedback and improve resident experiences. We seek a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize data, processes, and handoffs across Sales, Finance, and CX, ensuring accurate pricing and reliable reporting.

You will partner with Sales and Operations to improve revenue flow, maintain clean CRM records, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Revenue Operations or related analytical roles.
• Experience building reports and maintaining data quality across systems.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows; HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve sales handoff processes by mapping workflows and building cleaner processes.
• Generate quotes, orders, and contracts with accurate pricing and terms.
• Manage customer subscriptions: upgrades, renewals, downgrades, cancellations.
• Support quote-to-cash with clean handoffs from closed-won to billing.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and standardize records across teams.
• Create enablement materials and training resources for sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Finance, Systems, and Leadership on reporting.
