Job summary

Indigo Architecture is seeking a motivated Project Assistant with strong Revit skills and construction-document production experience to support our Project Managers and senior architectural staff on commercial projects in Florida.

The role is hands-on, focusing on developing complete construction documents in Revit, coordinating drawings, and assisting with field documentation and permit submissions while expanding your technical expertise with time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred
• Approximately 2–5 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Professional experience producing architectural construction documents required
• Ability to translate sketches, redlines, and markup into accurate drawings
• Understanding of complete architectural construction-document sets and coordination

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with design development through permitting and construction administration
• Produce and develop architectural construction-document sets in Revit
• Translate field information into accurate drawings
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
• Coordinate plans and annotations across the drawing set
• Assist with detailing and documentation of building assemblies
• Support permit submissions, plan reviews, and resubmittals
• Organize and maintain Revit models and project documentation
• Participate in field surveys and existing-condition documentation
• Quality-control checks for accuracy and coordination
• Participate in internal project coordination and client meetings
