Job summary

PBK seeks a Technical Designer to produce high quality construction documents across schematic design, design development, construction documents and administration. You will collaborate with the project team and report to the Production Director.

Responsibilities include generating Revit drawings, assembling permit packages, coordinating with staff, and supporting architects and project managers through design phases and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using Revit.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the drawing architectural construction documents in Revit.
• Assemble plans, construction documents, and other information for permitting.
• Coordinate the preparation of construction documents with team members.
• Assist with the building of Revit models during the design phase.
• Assist architects and project managers during the construction administration phase.
