Job summary

Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) is seeking a talented Revit Modeler to join our team in Houston, TX. You will contribute to technical delivery of architectural deliverables for semiconductor, data center, and life sciences projects, collaborating with multiple disciplines.

The role offers part-time telework with at least three days in person per week and strong growth through mentoring and training opportunities within a global EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or international equivalent; 2–5 years relevant experience or 6–9 years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate architectural work with other disciplines.
• Interface with personnel from other disciplines on day-to-day technical work.
• Develop conceptual designs for approval by senior leadership on specialized projects.
• Assist in preparing technical documents and specifications.
• Develop a library of standard architectural details using Revit.
• Coordinate with client representatives as directed.
• Review design documents, supplier drawings, and vendor submittals.
• Analyze unconventional materials and coordination requirements.
