Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a talented Revit Modeler to join our expanding team in Houston. You will assist in delivering architectural deliverables for industrial, data center, and semiconductor facilities, collaborating closely with project teams.

The role supports part-time telework with at least three days in-person attendance weekly, offering mentorship and training opportunities to grow within a global EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of data center and industrial/semiconductor facilities.
• Knowledge of building codes and building permitting.
• Preferred experience with design and construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates architectural work with the work of other disciplines.
• Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of personnel from other disciplines.
• Develops conceptual designs for approval by senior leadership for projects having specialized or unique architectural requirements.
• Assists in the preparation of technical documents and specifications.
• Assists in the development of a reference library of standard architectural details and families using Revit.
• Coordinates with client representatives as directed.
• Reviews design documents, supplier drawings, material specifications, and vendor submittals.
• Analyzes and reports on the suitability of unconventional materials, techniques, and/or difficult coordination requirements.
