Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (or international equivalence) required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (or 6–9 years alternative) in architectural design.
• Experience with Revit in design and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with data center, semiconductor, or manufacturing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate architectural work with other disciplines.
• Interface with other disciplines on day-to-day technical work.
• Develop conceptual designs for senior leadership approval.
• Prepare technical documents and specifications.
• Develop a library of standard architectural details in Revit.
• Coordinate with client representatives.
• Review design documents, supplier drawings, and submittals.
• Analyze unconventional materials and coordination requirements.
