Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit, especially for MEP drafting or coordination.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles.
• Ability to interpret field data (laser scans, as-builts) into detailed Revit models.
• Strong verbal and written communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings in Revit on site and from home office.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and survey teams to meet design intent and technical requirements.
