Job summary

Coast 2 Coast is seeking a Revit/MEP Drafting Technician to deliver detailed BIM models for nationwide renovation and construction projects. If you’re skilled in Revit and MEP systems, you’ll work on on-site and home-office setups using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and evolving Revit plugins.

You’ll convert laser scans and field data into accurate 2D/3D deliverables, perform clash detection and coordination, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and survey teams to meet design intent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit, especially for MEP drafting or coordination.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles.
• Ability to interpret field data (laser scans, as-builts) into Revit models.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of multi-team collaboration.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings in Revit for various projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions and translate laser scan data into 2D/3D deliverables.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems.
