This role focuses on producing MEP-focused models and drawings, coordinating with architects and field teams, and staying ahead with new BIM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Autodesk Revit experience for MEP drafting or coordination.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles.
• Ability to interpret field data (laser scans, as-builts) into detailed Revit models.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaboration across teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings in Revit on site and from home office.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field techs to document existing conditions and translate laser scans into deliverables.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems.
