Job summary

MetLife’s Global Marketing & Communications team is seeking a Manager, Marketing Review Process Lead to define and improve the end-to-end process for U.S. and international materials.

You will align Marketing, Brand, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to standardize workflows, strengthen controls, and accelerate time to market. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, process design and improvement, compliance review operations, program management, or related discipline.
• Experience defining and implementing cross-functional, end-to-end processes in a regulated environment with governance and audit documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and responsible use of approved AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Marketing Review Process for marketing materials across Global Marketing and Communications.
• Define roles, decision points, service expectations, controls, retention requirements, and measures of process effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, technology teams, vendors, and audit stakeholders to align business needs with regulatory requirements and practical workflows.
• Oversee workflow tools to enable development, review, approval, and documentation of marketing materials with clear status visibility and access management.
• Develop insights and improvement plans to increase transparency, reduce rework, and speed to market.
