Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Community Lifecycle Manager to design and operate multichannel lifecycle campaigns for moderators.

You will own end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to measurement, using HubSpot and other Reddit tools, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve systems. You will build email and push campaigns, optimize data-driven segmentation, and run experiments to scale community engagement.

Formación

• 7+ years in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing tech with hands-on campaign execution.
• Experience building multichannel lifecycle programs for B2C or B2B2C audiences.
• Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Ability to read and write basic SQL and understand marketing data infrastructure.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign measurement, and performance analysis.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can structure work and build from zero to one.
• Familiarity with Reddit and a community-first mindset.
• Bonus: HTML or CSS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and end-to-end campaign execution, including build, QA, launch, measurement and optimization.
• Build email campaigns in HubSpot and push campaigns using Reddit's tools.
• Improve data, segmentation, automation, and dynamic content for moderator communications.
• Design experiments with treatment/control groups and translate results into tests.
• Partner with lifecycle strategists to bring audience, messaging, and growth strategies to market.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve tools and reach moderators.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality operations.
• Establish processes and standards to scale moderator lifecycle programs.
