Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is launching a structured training track for individuals entering the reverse mortgage space. You will begin with a virtual classroom to build a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, and customer conversations.

After that, a 12-month program provides weekly sessions and one-on-one coaching from sales leaders, culminating in real-world client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage sales or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to learn mortgage products and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month virtual classroom to learn reverse mortgage basics.
• Engage in a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions and coaching.
• Assist in advising retirees on retirement income and mortgage options.
