Qualifications

• Experienced mortgage loan originators preferred.
• Willing to obtain NMLS license if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 1-month virtual classroom to build a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
• Participate in a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions and one-on-one coaching from sales leaders.
• Apply what you learn through real-world customer interactions and support retirees in making informed financial decisions.
