Qualifications

• Experience in sales and a proven track record.
• Interest in reverse mortgage products and serving retirees.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS license (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month immersive virtual classroom to build reverse mortgage knowledge and sales fundamentals.
• Engage in a 12-month development program with weekly sessions and coaching, applying learning to real-world cases.
• Build trust and act as a trusted advisor to retirees and referral professionals during the home-financing journey.
