Qualifications

• Experience in sales with the ability to build trust and close deals.
• Familiarity with mortgage products, especially reverse mortgages, is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain/hold an NMLS license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month virtual classroom to learn reverse mortgage products and sales fundamentals.
• Engage in a 12-month development program with weekly coaching and real-world customer interactions.
• Develop into a confident, knowledgeable mortgage professional with ongoing support from leadership.
