Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Reverse Loan Processor to deliver high-quality customer service by collecting required documents and coordinating with customers, Loan Officers, and Underwriters. The role involves ensuring disclosures comply with applicable regulations and maintaining clear communication throughout the loan process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in reverse mortgage processing, familiarity with Encompass, and solid knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and B.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years reverse mortgage processing experience.
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations (Reg Z/B).
• Understanding of DU/LP and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, income, assets, and employment per loan program before underwriting.
• Assemble loan package for underwriting in proper order.
• Verify required documentation; complete loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of printed documents.
