Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Reverse Loan Processor to join our remote team in the United States. You will obtain and review borrower documentation, support underwriting, and ensure disclosures meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years of reverse mortgage processing, proficiency with Encompass, and solid knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and B. Strong analytical, math, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years reverse mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass and loan documentation.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, Reg Z & Reg B regulations.
• Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets per loan program.
• Assemble the loan package in underwriting order.
• Verify documentation and complete the required loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approval summary and disclosures.
• Assist closing, servicing, and resolve suspense items.
