Responsibilities include loading trailers, managing inventory transfers, and conducting cycle counts. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working on conveyors, and maintaining consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret safety rules and procedures in English.
• Resourceful self-starter; works well independently and in a team.
• Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Physically count, move boxes and use lifts to transfer warehouse items.
• Load and schedule trailers for pick-up and manage inventory transfers between locations.
• Work on elevated platforms and conveyor systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide feedback on inventory issues to Supervisor.
• Research and reconcile shortages and overages.
• Research and locate missing product.
• Complete the daily task list.
• Train in all Cycle Counting functions.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other functions as required by management.
