Signet Jewelers is hiring a Reverse Logistics Associate in New York to support the day-to-day processing of returns, RMAs, and repaired goods. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Inventory Control to ensure accurate, timely handling of all reverse activities.

The role requires attention to detail, ownership of daily tasks, and a teamwork mindset, with adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics or related fields.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.
• Jewelry or luxury goods fulfillment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process merchandise and returns.
• Execute reverse fulfillment: sorting, picking, packing, shipping.
• Verify inventory, RMA docs, and shipping labels for accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and workstations.
• Support multiple reverse functions based on daily priorities.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to leadership.
• Follow SOPs and seek improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Quality Control, and Customer Service.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations.
