The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, strong data analysis, and a track record of implementing process improvements to cut costs and boost performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; logistics experience preferred.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years in logistics/transportation.
• Experience with a diverse carrier base.
• Some returns experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze return trends and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate return shipments with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Own and update Return SOPs; ensure cross‑functional compliance.
• Determine disposition of returns (resale/repair/salvage).
• Prepare and present return KPIs to leadership.
