Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Yield Manager in New York to optimize revenue through data-driven pricing, inventory management, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, client services, and marketing teams.

You will build financial models, develop market-ready pricing, and monitor campaigns while delivering insights that drive strategic decisions across Paramount's brands and tentpole events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• BS/BA degree in a quantitative/problem solving field, or equivalent training and experience.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets & PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
• SQL experience.
• Experience with ad tech platforms and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape sales proposals by providing input on product mix, inventory availability, and pricing.
• Monitor and optimize active campaigns.
• Provide ad hoc reporting to senior management using SQL queries and dashboards.
• Collaborate with client services, integrated marketing, and ad operations to inform product strategy.
• Develop go-to-market pricing and inventory strategy for major tentpoles.
• Stay informed of marketplace trends and apply learnings to strategy across Paramount brands.
• Build and enhance ad sales financial models as the business evolves.
