Fritz's Adventure in Branson, MO is hiring a Revenue Team Lead to oversee daily operations across Admissions, Retail, and F&B, ensuring guest satisfaction and strong cash handling. You will develop frontline staff and drive sales performance in a high-traffic attraction environment.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather. Full-time, hourly position with nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Strong POS, cash handling, and retail/FOOD & BEVERAGE knowledge.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Must be 18+, full-time nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across Admissions, Retail, Food & Beverage, and ancillary sales.
• Ensure cash handling, inventory control, and policy compliance.
• Manage staff schedules, tasks, and breaks.
• Maintain POS systems and payment processes.
• Reconcile daily sales, cash, and inventory; assist with product rotation.
• Coach and develop frontline team; model guest-focused service.
