Job summary

Fritz's Adventure in Branson, MO is seeking an Admissions Team Member for our Branson location. This part-time role is the first contact guests experience upon arrival and supports ticketing, waivers, and general park information.

You'll greet guests, process transactions, verify waivers, and help manage the entry area with a positive, energetic attitude, while working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience in guest services is helpful, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or admissions experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Part-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays and peak season availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and energetic welcome.
• Assist guests with ticket selection, annual passes, pricing questions, and general park information.
• Clearly communicate attraction requirements, height/weight restrictions, and waiver needs.
