Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests
• Ability to operate POS and process transactions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must be 16 years or older; reliable transportation; part-time with nights, weekends, holidays
• Prior food & beverage, concessions, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to recipes and safety guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards
• Take orders, process transactions, and answer guest questions about menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service counter and dining area
• Follow cash handling procedures and promote add-ons, combos, and specials to guests
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
