Job summary

You will lead and develop teams, schedule staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and resolve guest and team member issues quickly to deliver WONDERful guest experiences in a high-energy, family-friendly venue. This role offers growth opportunities and requires a proactive, hands-on leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Operations Management in guest services, retail, or food & beverage.
• 2+ years of supervising/leading a team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to multi-task and make quick, ethical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an attraction or theme park is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest and team member issues promptly.
• Direct and supervise employees across admissions, retail, F&B, exhibits, laser tag, etc.
• Walk through the building to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare staff schedules aligned with daily projected sales.
• Supervise recruitment, recognition, counseling, and exits.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
• Manage inventory and reorder food and merchandise as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
