Anthropic invites you to join the Capacity Engineering team, building production systems, data pipelines, and observability tooling to maximize utilization of our compute fleet. You will write production-grade Python and SQL, operate Kubernetes-scale infrastructure, and collaborate with research, infra, finance to drive efficient spend.

You’ll own planning, forecasting, attribution, and data platform work across multiple clouds, with a strong emphasis on reliability, SLOs, and scalable

Formación

• Hands-on engineering role with a devops flavor.
• Production-grade Python and SQL experience required.
• Experience with a major cloud provider and operations.
• Observability tooling: Prometheus, PromQL, Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Build data pipelines and observability tooling for fleet health.
• Scale Kubernetes-native infrastructure at large scale.
• Own planning, forecasting, and cost attribution across providers.
• Collaborate with research engineers, infrastructure, and finance teams.
• Define schema contracts and data products for internal consumers.
