Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to bridge Revenue Operations and the Delivery teams in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment. You will surface requirements, translate them into well‑formed user stories with acceptance criteria, and keep a tight sprint cadence.

You will manage stakeholder alignment, resolve conflicts, document current processes, own UAT, and oversee Jira backlog, sprint planning, and post‑deployment support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable navigating competing stakeholder priorities and resolving cross-team conflicts.
• Strong written communication with an instinct for documenting decisions and process.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and maintain pace across all of them.
• Agile sprint management experience with Jira.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Engineering, and Product.
• Translate conversations into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate solution options against real business constraints and flag trade-offs before work begins.
• Own alignment work across multiple teams and resolve conflicts before delivery delays.
• Document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and own the UAT lifecycle for enhancements.
• Manage the Jira backlog, run sprint planning and daily standups, and coordinate Salesforce support requests.
