Job summary

Cinch Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Revenue Strategy & Execution to orchestrate the company’s top revenue initiatives as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer.

You will align work across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations and Finance to translate revenue strategies into coordinated action. The ideal candidate brings enterprise program management experience, executive communication skills, and the ability to drive structure,

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive program, portfolio, project management, or related experience.
Experience managing enterprise-wide priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
Strong business acumen linking strategic priorities to outcomes.
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with PM tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain an integrated view of the Revenue organization’s portfolio of priorities and initiatives.
Partner with CCO and Revenue leadership to translate priorities into clear objectives and execution plans.
Serve as a central coordination point across departments to ensure alignment and sequencing.
Identify competing priorities and constraints; facilitate prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
Establish portfolio governance and executive reporting showing priorities, risks, and impact.
Lead planning and execution of high-priority revenue programs with clear ownership and milestones.
Support account managers in coordinating internal resources for national and enterprise accounts.
Drive accountability across workstreams and escalate barriers before impact.
Facilitate cross-functional and executive forums to drive decisions and ownership.
Leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance and forecast.
Track outcomes against revenue, partner, customer, and delivery goals; communicate findings.
Coordinate external partners or consultants when they contribute to initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
