Job description

The Senior Program Manager – Revenue Strategy & Execution is responsible for orchestrating Cinch Home Services’ highest-priority revenue initiatives and strategic account programs. Serving as a strategic execution partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and Revenue leadership team, this role maintains an enterprise view of the Revenue organization’s portfolio of priorities, aligns work across functions, surfaces resource and capacity constraints, and facilitates prioritization and tradeoff decisions.

This role partners closely with Account Management and works across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to translate revenue strategies and account commitments into coordinated action. The ideal candidate combines strong program and portfolio management expertise with business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to bring structure, alignment, and momentum to complex, cross-functional priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain an integrated view of the Revenue organization’s portfolio of strategic priorities, account programs, and cross-functional initiatives, providing visibility into progress, dependencies, resource needs, and execution risks.
  • Partner with the CCO, Revenue leaders, Account Managers, and business owners to translate strategic priorities and account commitments into clear objectives, measurable outcomes, coordinated workstreams, and execution plans.
  • Serve as a central coordination point across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other functions to ensure priorities are aligned, understood, and appropriately sequenced.
  • Identify competing priorities, resource and capacity constraints, cross-functional dependencies, and execution risks; facilitate prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff decisions with leadership.
  • Establish portfolio-level governance and executive reporting that provides clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and expected business impact.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-priority revenue programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and accountability.
  • Support Account Managers in coordinating internal resources and cross-functional work required to deliver commitments for national, enterprise, and other strategically important accounts.
  • Drive accountability across workstreams by clarifying ownership, monitoring commitments, facilitating decisions, and escalating barriers before they impact strategic priorities or business outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and executive forums that result in clear decisions, actions, prioritization, and ownership.
  • Leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve visibility and forecasting, and strengthen decision-making.
  • Track outcomes against established revenue, partner, customer, operational, and delivery goals and communicate performance, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate external partners, vendors, affinity partners, OEMs, BPOs, or consultants when their work contributes to strategic revenue initiatives or account commitments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive program, portfolio, project management, strategic execution, business operations, commercial operations, or related experience, including responsibility for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional priorities tied to revenue growth, strategic accounts, go-to-market execution, partner programs, product launches, or commercial operations.
  • Proven ability to manage an enterprise-level portfolio, identify interdependencies and competing priorities, and facilitate resource, sequencing, and tradeoff decisions.
  • Experience partnering with Account Management, Sales, Revenue, or Commercial teams and coordinating work across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, Finance, and other functions.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders without direct authority and drive alignment, accountability, decisions, and results in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic priorities, account commitments, and operational deliverables to revenue and customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights, recommendations, and decision points.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to assess performance, identify risks, and support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Strong program-management fundamentals, including integrated planning, milestone and dependency management, critical-path management, and coordination of multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, competing demands, and incomplete information.
  • Proficiency with program/project-management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
