Qualifications

• Four year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Revenue Management experience required.
• Knowledge of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes revenue, profit, and market share for rooms and function spaces.
• Partners with GM and Sales Leaders to align pricing strategies with market conditions.
• Lead and train team members in revenue management processes and reporting.
• Develop monthly room revenue forecasts with accuracy within 5%.
• Manage distribution channels and relationships with OTA market managers.
