Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3 months+ experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of customer service principles; understands restaurant/kitchen operations.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders to guest rooms per guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service all hospitality suites per BEO.
• Serve all hospitality suites per policy and procedures.
• Complete shift sidework as outlined in operating policies.
• Respond to guest needs to ensure quality experience and repeat sales.
• Report communications to the shift supervisor.
• Handle cash according to company policies.
