Job summary

Vālenz Health® is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy (FP&A) to drive revenue planning, growth analysis, and executive decision support across multiple product lines. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and leadership to translate commercial strategy into financial results and enterprise value creation.

You will lead evolution of revenue planning capabilities, build scalable forecasting, and develop governance with Data and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A/commercial finance with revenue forecasting ownership.
• 5+ years of leadership, building high‑performing teams.
• Experience leading forecasting in a multi‑product environment with driver‑based models.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision‑making through analysis.
• Autonomy to shape evolving planning processes and structure.
• Experience with planning tools and CRM/data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise revenue planning and long‑range growth modeling across business lines.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and priorities through rigorous financial analysis.
• Partner with executives to set revenue targets and growth assumptions.
• Build scenario models to assess risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
