Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and own the models, insights, and cross-functional alignment that translate top-of-funnel activity into ARR and GAAP revenue. This high-visibility role partners with Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership to ensure pipeline reality informs forecasts and executive narratives.

You will lead the annual revenue planning cycle, rolling forecasts, and board-ready reporting while explaining variances to senior finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A or revenue analytics experience with top-line exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills; able to build forecast models from scratch.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with complex formulas.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, LTV.
• Ability to read and interpret contract terms and their financial implications.
• Fluency in explaining the revenue funnel end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own authoritative voice on sales and revenue metrics (NRR, GRR, ARR by product/segment).
• Define defensible metric methodology across Finance, Sales, and the board.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting packages.
• Partner with Sales/RevOps on forecast and pipeline inputs.
• Translate bookings and churn into a P&L-ready number.
• Lead annual revenue planning and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Explain variances to FP&A leadership and CFO.
• Review contract terms for revenue timing and recognition.
• Support structuring non-standard deals with RevOps and Legal.
• Build scenario-based models for pricing and GTM decisions.
• Identify revenue leakage and risks with remediation plans.
