Job summary

Valenzhealth is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy (FP&A) to lead financial planning and strategy. You will partner with sales and operations to translate commercial strategy into financial outcomes and guide long-term growth.

This fully remote role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance with at least 8 years of experience in FP&A and significant leadership experience. Join us in enhancing healthcare through innovative financial strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance with significant ownership of revenue forecasting and planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high performing teams.
• Experience leading revenue forecasting and planning in a complex, multi-product business.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue planning and long-range growth modeling across all business lines.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Serve as the strategic finance partner to Sales and Executive Leadership.
