Job summary

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. seeks a full-time Analyst for Onboard Revenue Operations to drive profitable revenue growth for vendor accounts and to support negotiations and strategic initiatives across fleet operations.

The role partners with the Sr Director to develop plans, analyze performance, and optimize revenue streams, including concessionaire accounts, with a strong emphasis on data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
• Knowledge of Hyperion, SQL, Visual Basic, Essbase and business intelligence tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set monthly, annual, and quarterly targets related to assigned accounts.
• Manage and monitor account and ship performance against targets, forecast, and contractual minimums, identifying drivers and risks.
• Work with partners to review channel, product, pricing, promotional, and sq ft performance.
• Identify and evaluate sourcing/mix of revenue to grow most profitable channels.
• Generate innovative ideas that will bring new business development to Onboard Revenue.
• Leverage business analysis to define future strategies and prioritize initiatives.
• Influence newbuild and revitalization concepts and allocations.
• Provide analytical support for initiatives related with assigned accounts.
• Provide analytical support for Onboard Revenue contract negotiations.
• Identify and assess opportunities to accelerate App revenue growth.
• May cover revenue partner accounts and perform other duties as assigned.
