Job summary

EnableComp LLC seeks a Resolution Analyst to act as the liaison between client contacts and our denials and underpayment appeal process. You will drive payment review recovery for denied and underpaid accounts for assigned clients, handling PHI with strict privacy and security.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare billing/collections and 1+ years client-facing experience, with strong knowledge of ICD/HOSP/CPT coding and claims processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years’ client-facing/customer service experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and data requirements.
• Familiar with hospital reimbursement and managed care contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, appeal, and follow up on denied or underpaid claims.
• Use payer documentation and provider contracts to determine correct reimbursements.
• Identify underpayments by reviewing hospital contracts and payer terms.
• Gather medical records and documentation to support complex underpayment appeals.
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolutions and cash flow.
