Knowtion Health is seeking a Revenue Recovery Specialist to resolve hospital-claims denials by gathering patient information and using payer portals. The role requires multitasking, prioritization, and professional communication with payers and patients from a remote home office.

You will manage an inventory of accounts, prepare appeals, and document interactions while learning client-specific protocols and leveraging web-based systems to drive timely payments.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong over-the-phone customer service experience.
• Claims experience helpful or preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
